Growing up in suburban Leicester, Danielle was inspired by her environment, with spray paint becoming a signature element in her practice. By pushing the boundaries of multiple mediums, she creates dynamic, layered compositions that convey energy, movement, and life, capturing the essence of her wild subjects.
Viewed up close, her paintings reveal an abstract, textured world, with every mark offering something new. From a distance, her subjects emerge fully, often locking eyes with the viewer in a powerful, emotive connection.
Danielle’s work redefines how wildlife is portrayed, blending urban aesthetics with traditional themes to breathe new life into familiar subjects.
Each piece is a celebration of the beauty and fragility of the natural world, a vivid reminder of what is at stake.
